空中乘务安全演示内容

1. 进入客舱：当广播员开始广播时，乘务员面带微笑, 整齐列

队进入客舱。通常分别站于头等舱第一排、普通舱第 一排、紧急窗口及客舱倒数第二排通道处；

2. 征询意见：起身后，与乘客呈45度角：“先生（小 姐），

我可以把物品放到您的小桌板上吗”经乘客同意表示 谢意，放好物品后在客舱站好。

3. 放置物品：将演示物品放于右脚侧面（前方10公分） 或右

边乘客的小桌板上。右腿后撤半步下蹲，与前方的乘务 员保持一致；

4. 安全演示：

“女士们、先生们”、“Ladies and Gent Iman. v

（1）救生衣演示：

① 广播员广播：“现在客舱乘务员向您介绍救生衣、 氧气面罩、安全带的使用方法和紧急出口的位置。”

③ 广播员广播：“救生衣在您座椅下面的口袋里，使 用时取出，经头部穿好。”

充气管拉出，用嘴向里充气。”

① 右手拿氧气面罩，将面罩输氧管卷好握紧，双手自 然下垂

在身体两侧；

② 广播员广播：“氧气面罩储藏在您座椅上方。”

① 双手四指并拢，拇指张开，左手拿住插片，右手拿 住锁扣，

两臂自然下垂。

② 广播员广播：“在您座椅上有两条可以对扣起来的 安全

带。”

④ 广播员广播：“将带子插进带扣，然后拉紧扣好， 当您入坐

时，请您系好安全带。”

① 广扌番员广扌番：“本架飞机共有8个紧急出口，分别

理后放回指定位置。
